1 General  Provisions

db baji is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, slots, live casino, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. This document sets out the terms for using all services on the platform and establishes the legal relationship between the user and db baji.

By starting to use the website or mobile app, registering an account, or taking part in any game, it is assumed that you have read and agreed to these complete terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the service.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

• Each person may open only one account. Running multiple accounts is a violation of the terms and may result in all accounts being closed.

3 Account Registration and Security

It is mandatory to provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being closed and any remaining balance being forfeited.

• Only one account may be opened per mobile number.

3.2 Password and Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share your OTP or login details with anyone.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Popular payment methods in Bangladesh can be used for transactions on db baji.

4.1 Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).
• Deposits are generally processed quickly. If you experience any issue, please contact the support team.
• The source of a deposit must be a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

db baji reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal request for verification purposes in the case of suspicious transactions.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

db baji offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus — making the total balance ৳2,500. Before withdrawing the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times, meaning bets totalling ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is not cash — the specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.
• Each bonus has its own wagering rate, minimum deposit, and validity period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• db baji reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings if bonus terms are violated.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method will be treated as fraud.

5.3 Weekly and Special Offers

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when taking part in sports betting, slots, live casino, and other games on db baji:

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• Once a bet has been successfully confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cashout option is provided by the platform.
• If a match or event starts more than 48 hours after the scheduled time, db baji reserves the right to cancel the bet and return the funds.
• In the event of any dispute over a result, db baji's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Technical Issues

• db baji will not be responsible if a game or bet is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or device issues.
• db baji reserves the right to correct odds or results that were displayed incorrectly due to a software error.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using bots or automated software is prohibited.
• Improperly exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse) is strictly prohibited.
• Account hacking, phishing, or any fraudulent activity is prohibited and subject to legal action.
• If an attempt is made to bet with prior knowledge of a result or to fix a match, the account will be permanently closed.

7 VIP Program and Cashback

db baji's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Users can move up to a higher tier based on their betting activity and engagement on the platform.

• Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback on their net weekly losses.
• Silver members receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback. For example, a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 gives ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback.
• Gold members receive up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Cashback is calculated by deducting total winnings from total losses for the week.
• VIP benefits and rates are subject to change at db baji's discretion.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

db baji believes that gambling or betting should be for entertainment only. It is important for every user to follow the responsible gaming guidelines.

• Set your own limits and do not exceed them.
• If you are in difficulty or cannot control your betting, please contact the support team.
• At a user's request, db baji can place temporary or permanent restrictions on an account.
• It is the responsibility of every guardian to prevent those under 21 from using the platform.

9 Personal Data and Privacy

10 Account Suspension and Closure

db baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or attempting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Being under 21 years of age or failing age verification.

If an account is closed, the bonus balance will be forfeited. The return of any actual deposited funds where no breach of terms is proven will be determined at db baji's discretion.

A user may also close their account by notifying the support team. It is recommended to complete all wagering requirements and withdraw funds before closing.

11 Limitation of Liability

db baji provides its platform services on an "as is" basis. db baji is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by loss of internet connection or technical issues from third parties.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user has shared their own login details.
• Losses incurred through third-party services or links outside the platform.
• Temporary service interruptions during maintenance or upgrades.

db baji always endeavours to minimise potential losses. However, temporary disruptions may occur in the event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.

12 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint with db baji, please contact the support team first. Assistance is available in Bengali and English via 24/7 live chat and email.

• After a complaint is submitted, db baji will investigate and respond within a reasonable time.
• In the event of a dispute over a betting result, db baji's server logs will be treated as the final evidence.
• If the matter is not resolved, a written complaint can be submitted by email as the next step.
